Common faults and solutions of asphalt cement spreader

1.柴油機(jī)不能持續(xù)起動(dòng)超過5秒鐘以上，不能連續(xù)啟動(dòng)三次以上，三次不能起動(dòng)應(yīng)檢查油路、電路。

1. If the diesel engine can not be started continuously for more than 5 seconds or more than three times, the oil circuit and circuit should be checked.

2.柴油機(jī)不起動(dòng)，不能對(duì)瀝青泵預(yù)熱。

3.充電顯示燈紅燈不亮表示發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)未對(duì)蓄電池充電，設(shè)備有故障，應(yīng)對(duì)電路、電器進(jìn)行檢修。

5.離合器離、合過程中，拉動(dòng)離合器手柄能使離合器可靠平穩(wěn)地分離和結(jié)合，不得有卡滯打滑現(xiàn)象。調(diào)整離合器分離杠桿與分離軸承的間隙可通過調(diào)整離合器軟軸拉線來實(shí)現(xiàn)。

瀝青進(jìn)油管路中有空氣，可使瀝青泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)30秒鐘后排完空氣后吸油噴灑。
